From the web site, to fine-tuning the brand through consisitant branding across all touch points. Business cards, letterhead, marketing emails, videos for recruitment and new client marketing. Also, by having a strong social media presence, and keeping the GOOGLE business pages updated and relevant, we created a space of authority for BASS. We were proactive instead of reactive with our collateral and grass-root marketing.
